GENERAL INFORMATION:

The double condyle disc, disc temporal synovial temporomandibular joints, is one of the most complex joint in the body. It depends on cranial position for a normal fossa and upper maxilla alignment in relation to the rest of the body. The mandible functioning to the centrically related cranium goes through constant dynamic actions and distorted malpositions affected by muscles, fascia, connective tissue and by abnormal or misaligned teeth occlusal relation.
